WMF Perfect Plus Pressure Cooker Leaking Air from Handle and Base Stains

I bought the WMF Perfect Plus dual pressure cooker from A101 online, and it's letting out air through the handle instead of the safety valve. Not exactly what I was expecting, to be honest. Also, there are some unsightly stains on the base of the cooker. Wow, I can't believe it's been 14 days since I received the product and I still haven't gotten any support. All they did was tell me to go to the service center and then they closed the issue. Seriously disappointing.
I made this purchase with the expectation that the WMF brand would deliver, not A101. Now, after only using it twice, I have to deal with service and shipping processes.
