UPS Delivered My Package Broken After One Day in Transit

On Tuesday, February 10, 2026, I purchased a hard-to-find plastic engine part from a seller in Isparta to use in repairing my vehicle. The product was shipped to me via UPS Turkey. Before it was sent, I specifically contacted the seller via WhatsApp to confirm that the part was correct and undamaged. The seller even recorded and sent me a video showing that the part was intact and in good condition.
The shipment was handed over to UPS in Isparta on February 10, 2026, and I received it in Eskişehir on Wednesday, February 11, 2026. Despite spending only one night in UPS facilities and vehicles, the package with tracking number 1ZXY84806883998026 arrived with the part broken beyond use. Since this item is difficult to find on the market and was purchased specifically for my vehicle repair, this situation has caused me serious inconvenience.
As soon as I noticed the damage, I called UPS customer service to report the issue. I was told that a team would come to my address as soon as possible to prepare a damage report and that I would be contacted before they arrived. However, no one called and no one came. No inspection or damage report was completed.
Due to UPS Turkey’s negligence during transportation and their failure to follow through on their promises afterward, I have lost a hard-to-find product and experienced both financial and personal hardship due to the delay in repairing my vehicle. I request full reimbursement for the broken product and a refund of the shipping fee I paid.
