Hello, a few years ago, I purchased the Tupperware Superchef with the understanding that it came with a lifetime guarantee and that parts would be replaced for free if any issues arose. Unfortunately, the part holding the blade recently broke. When I contacted Tupperware for a replacement, I was shocked to learn they now require a fee to replace it. This goes against the lifetime warranty promise that was a major reason I invested in this product in the first place. I feel misled and disappointed by this unexpected charge. I kindly request that Tupperware honor their original commitment and replace this part at no cost.
