Zurich Insurance Cancels My Policy Without Justification

On March 13, 2023, I filed a complaint through Xolvie, and the relevant companies contacted me to discuss my dissatisfaction. However, when Zurich Insurance contacted me on March 15, 2023, they did not speak in good faith, and I informed them that if necessary, I would take legal action. Later that day, around 23:00, I checked my vehicle and insurance information through e-government and discovered that my insurance policy, number 26194480, had been canceled. Zurich Insurance's response to my complaint on 13/03/2023 demonstrated that they refused to admit wrongdoing and left the consumer and policyholder in a difficult situation, causing financial harm during these difficult economic times. They proved that they are a company that does not deserve to be in this industry and will go bankrupt if they continue to cause harm. I will file complaints with all relevant authorities in accordance with Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and initiate legal proceedings. When I contacted my insurance company, sigortam.net, to inquire about why my policy did not appear on e-government, I was informed that my policy had been canceled without explanation by the insurance company. I requested an investigation, and as a result, I am announcing that I will file legal action to ensure the continuation of my policy and receive an apology.
