We ordered an engagement ring from Zen Diamond for one of the most important days of our lives. They assured us the ring would be resized and delivered within 15 days at the latest. We trusted their word and planned everything accordingly. But now, well past the promised deadline, the ring is still not ready. When we followed up, we were stunned to hear that “the stones are still being set.”
This is unacceptable. How can a brand that markets itself as premium and reliable be this irresponsible when handling such meaningful occasions? They made a clear commitment about the delivery timeline, and they failed to honor it—without even providing timely updates.
This delay has thrown off our engagement plans and caused us unnecessary stress. We’re extremely disappointed by how Zen Diamond is handling this.
