Zara Missing Items & Unresponsive Customer Service

Zara agreed to take back three items from my order on 22.02.2024, but they are unwilling to provide a refund for the remaining six items, using the excuse that they are currently out of stock. Despite multiple efforts to reach out, they continue to claim that the products have not yet arrived at their warehouse. Despite my suggestion to review the security footage in order to locate the recipient of the return package and resolve the issue, no one seems willing to take responsibility. Customer service representatives often respond to inquiries with a lack of empathy, and in some cases, they may even refuse refunds and suggest legal action.
