Zara Return Delayed – Missing Refund for Items Sent in Same Package
On November 26, 2024, I returned items purchased from Zara.com to their warehouse in a single package. The package contained three items, but while one item was refunded, the other two remain unprocessed. The order numbers are 535041 and 539124, and the product reference numbers are 1023/213 and 3739/223. I have contacted customer service multiple times, but no solution has been provided. I was repeatedly told to wait, yet when I asked for a timeline, they said there was no specific time frame. This is unacceptable! I demand an immediate refund for the two remaining items and an end to this ongoing inconvenience. Customers should not have to deal with such negligence and lack of accountability.
