My Zara Order Never Arrived


I made purchase number 53321680055 from Zara on June 26, 2024, with an estimated delivery on July 2, 2024. Despite this, Zara failed to deliver my order. On July 8, 2024, I happened to see my package at the office reception and took it to check. The items were intact. In the following days, I checked the app to see when the courier dropped it off, only to find a message stating "order canceled." I immediately contacted Zara about this issue. Even though I took the responsibility to inform them despite receiving the items, the representatives at Zara showed no gratitude or concern. Their only focus was on refunding the amount. When I asked which account the refund would be made to, they couldn't provide an answer. Additionally, Zara failed to provide any document confirming the cancellation and demanded immediate payment of ₺3500, originally made in installments on my credit card. I am disappointed with Zara's insensitive handling of this situation. There's been no clarity on how much I will be refunded, no gratitude shown, and Zara's customer service is zero. Can someone please assist me politely?
