The mirror we ordered from Zara arrived broken on May 10, 2024. The return procedure with the brand was a nightmare. After about two months of negotiations, when the cargo men arrived to pick up the mirror, they informed them that they could not take it because it was not packaged. Given how large the mirror was, we couldn't keep the boxes for two months. I can't take it myself because it won't fit in the car. The brand is unhelpful in this regard and does not provide a solution. I do not know what to do. Please contact Zara Tr and guide me through the return process.Thanks.
