Zara Store Pickup Order Delayed Despite Showing as Delivered – No Update

I placed an order with Zara on October 18, selecting store pickup, with an estimated delivery date of October 22. When I reached out to customer service on October 22, they sent me a tracking link. By 11 AM that day, the carrier’s site showed the package as “delivered.” However, when I went to the store, they said it hadn’t arrived. I contacted customer service again, but all I get is, “Your case is under review.” It’s now October 24, and there’s still no update. I’m left wondering if the issue is with the carrier or Zara itself. This is my first time experiencing such a delay with Zara. I need a prompt resolution and clarity on where my order actually is.
