Zara Refuses to Process My Refund



Hello, I returned an item I bought from Zara in March, but my refund still hasn't been processed. Whenever I try to contact someone, I always get the same replies. I am currently taking legal action to assert my rights. I feel like you don't really listen to my concerns anymore. I have also lodged complaints with CİMER and other relevant channels. There ought to be repercussions for this inconvenience.
