Zara Refund Not Reflected in My Bank Account
I recently returned an item purchased from Zara, and the refund was supposedly issued to my card. Although I was provided with a receipt confirming the refund, it is not showing in my bank account transactions. When I contacted my bank, they confirmed that no such refund has been processed.
Zara’s customer service has been unhelpful, simply stating that they’ve processed the refund and directing me to resolve the issue with my bank. This lack of accountability is extremely frustrating.
I expect Zara to take responsibility and investigate this issue thoroughly instead of deflecting it. I demand an immediate resolution to receive my refund, or I will escalate the matter to the relevant consumer authorities.
