I purchased a Karaca Earth Collection Galactic 55-piece dinner set from Karaca’s website on January 11, 2026 (order number DE99807099) because I loved the design and selected it for a very special dinner I had planned. When the package arrived, 7 plates were already broken (4 dinner plates and 3 large plates). For a brand that presents itself as premium, receiving damaged items right away is unacceptable.

I immediately contacted customer service and provided all the requested photos and information. Instead of resolving the issue quickly, I was repeatedly asked to send the same details and photos multiple times. Eventually, I was told that replacement plates had been ordered and would arrive within 21 days. I clearly explained that I needed the plates by February 13 for an important dinner.

Today is March 16, 2026, and nothing has arrived—no replacement plates, no refund, and no proper apology. I was even given a tracking number (YP-784401-Y0Y3), but no delivery ever took place. Because of this delay, I had to purchase a completely different dinner set from another brand in order to host my guests, which caused additional costs and inconvenience.

What makes this situation even more frustrating is that I genuinely like the plates themselves, which is why I chose them for such an important occasion. However, this experience has seriously damaged my trust in Karaca. Considering that the product arrived damaged, the promised replacement was never delivered within the stated timeframe, and I incurred extra costs, I request a full refund for the dinner set and an urgent resolution of this issue.
