I purchased a product from the Zara store, but it was defective. I wore the item and sat down, but it began to fall off. The issue persisted despite my attempts to resolve it by pulling the front threads. I could not wear the product for longer than thirty minutes. However, the store refused to accept responsibility for the defective product and refused to replace it when I contacted them. In addition, no form of compensation, such as a gift card, was offered. This inaction is unacceptable because it suggests a disregard for customer satisfaction. As soon as possible, I'm looking for a just resolution to this matter. I hope the store will consider my request and take the necessary steps to resolve the issue.
