Hello, on October 10, 2025, I purchased a product from Zara’s online store, but my order was canceled four times. When I tried again on October 11, it was canceled once more. I paid for the product in three installments, and the first installment has already been withdrawn from my bank account.
I’ve been trying to contact Zara customer service and their head office, but the phone number doesn’t work—it says it’s invalid. I reached out via WhatsApp, where I was told that the refund would be processed within 14 days, but no refund request has actually been created. I had bought this product as a gift and was supposed to send it today, but now I can’t.
When I asked about the reason for the cancellation, I was told it was due to a “data transmission error.” My personal information is correct, and the payment was successfully taken, so I don’t understand how such an error could occur. I’ve been inconvenienced and disappointed, and I will never shop at Zara again. I demand that my refund be processed immediately and the issue resolved without further delay.
