Zara Missing Refund Despite Cancellation

I used my debit card to make an order with Zara, order number 53298299638. I canceled the order within minutes, and it has now been 14 days. I've been communicating with Zara via WhatsApp, and they claim that the payment was processed on their end, but I have yet to receive a refund. There is no proper channel through which I can seek assistance. I request a payment receipt, but they instead send me an informational email. They have not reimbursed me. I'm extremely disappointed and will never shop with Zara online again. I can't even find a phone number that can be reached. The person I'm chatting with on WhatsApp doesn't seem to understand my concerns; I'm not sure if they're an assistant. I demand that my payment be refunded as soon as possible.
