Zara Black Friday Shopping Resulted in Double Charges for the Same Order

I shopped from Zara on the app whne there is Black November sale on the evening of November 23. A debit was made from my card and it was reflected in the transactions during the period. They sent an e-mail that says Your order has been received. The next email said to complete the payment method. After contacting the WhatsApp helpline, I was told that I had to redefine my card and that no withdrawal would be made. (correspondence is available) When I entered my credit card information again, the same amount was withdrawn for the second time, down to the penny. We corresponded 5-6 times, I contacted my bank and sent them the provision codes stating that both credit card withdrawal were made by Zara. Even though I have all these documents (my order, documentation of 2 withdrawals for transactions during the period, 2 provision codes), Zara does not accept this and claims that a single payment has been made. I paid twice because their systems could not handle the big discount on November 23 and they could not manage it. I want my rights. I will also apply to Consumer Rights today. Discount scandal of such a big company.
