Zara Customer Service Keeps Delaying My Refund — Double Charge Case
On November 27, I placed an order on Zara’s online store for a total of $169. During this transaction, the same amount was charged from my QNB credit card twice, and a total of $337 was withdrawn from my account. My order number is 5447*****34.
As soon as I noticed the error, I filed a dispute with my bank and then contacted Zara customer service multiple times. However, for over a week neither the bank nor Zara has provided a concrete solution. The bank said Zara has not refunded the overcharged amount, and Zara’s customer service only responds that they will “get back to me later,” dragging out the process.
I made a one-time purchase of $169 — yet the second charge is an unjustified extra billing. I demand that the overcharged amount be refunded to my credit card immediately and that the process be explained to me clearly and definitively.
