My Zara Order Keeps Cancelling Without Taking Payment

I've been trying to pay for my order for about six hours now, and it's been a nightmare. I tried several cards, but every time I click the "pay now" button, it takes me to the "thank you" page and then cancels my order without even taking my credit card information. I even have screenshots to back it up! The worst part is that the product is currently out of stock, so I'm at a loss for what to do. It's so aggravating! To top it all off, when I contacted customer service for assistance, they were completely uninterested and unhelpful. Seriously, people? Do they give a damn about their customers? I honestly don't think I'll ever shop with this company again after this experience. I prefer brands like Oysho and Mango, which always have our backs and go above and beyond to ensure we're happy with our purchases. It's a shame that not every business operates in this manner.
