Received Order Confirmation from Zara but Payment Didn't Go Through

I placed an order online with Zara. After receiving a confirmation email that my order was complete, I got another email a few hours later stating that the payment for my order wasn't approved, despite having an order code. I tried clicking the "Complete Payment" button to finish the transaction, but the system wouldn't allow it. The message says my items are reserved for 24 hours. I want to complete the payment, but the system keeps saying there's an error. I've tried different cards and browsers multiple times. I even contacted live support and followed the steps they suggested, but the system continues to give errors. I've never experienced this much hassle with any other brand. Last week, they canceled another order, claiming they couldn't find the product, and they don't respond when I email them. All you seem to do is inconvenience and frustrate people.
