However, my items haven't even arrived, and they are already subject to additional discounts. I opted for expensive express shipping, but the delivery deadline has passed. I simply want the difference as a gift voucher— it's that straightforward. Yet, they insist on the cumbersome process of returning the items, adding unnecessary hassle and leaving me feeling victimized.
