Zara Won’t Refund My Express Shipping Fee After Days of Delay

I placed my order on Friday from Zara’s online store under order number 5405*****31. The checkout page stated that my item would be delivered on Monday, December 1, and an additional $2 fee was charged for express delivery. I paid this fee specifically because I needed the order to arrive quickly.

However, despite the promised delivery date, my order still hasn’t arrived, and tomorrow will be the third day of delay. Even though I paid extra for express delivery, this delay has caused a serious inconvenience.

I contacted customer service multiple times throughout this process, but each time I was only told that “they would look into it,” without providing any concrete solution or clear information. No one explained where my package is or why the delivery is delayed.

I request a refund of the $2 express delivery fee since Zara did not fulfill its delivery commitment, and I expect my order to be delivered to me urgently. I also ask Zara to acknowledge my lost time and inconvenience and provide appropriate compensation.
