Zara Refused to Refund My Money Even Though the Product Was Delivered to Them

Zara won't give me back ₺4370, saying the product isn't in the return package, even though it's been delivered to their warehouse. I’ve got the delivery receipt showing that the item made it to their warehouse, but they still won’t go ahead with my refund. It's concerning to consider that the problem might be linked to theft happening in their warehouse. I’ve done everything right with the return process, so I don’t get why I’m being held accountable for something I couldn’t control. This whole thing has been frustrating, and I’m just asking for what I deserve. Zara has to step up and give me my money back right away.
