I'm utterly shocked and disappointed by the unprofessional conduct of a renowned brand like Zara. They listed an item for sale that they couldn't even deliver, and then after a week of waiting, they sent me an email informing me of their inability to fulfill the order.
On May 2, 2024, I received an email from Zara stating:
"Dear Customer,
We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused by an operational error that has prevented us from fulfilling your entire order. Unfortunately, we are unable to ship all the items in your order due to unforeseen circumstances.
Rest assured that the remaining items in your order will be dispatched promptly. We will also process a full refund for the items we cannot deliver.
We deeply regret any frustration this may have caused. If you have any further inquiries or concerns regarding this matter, please do not hesitate to contact our Customer Service team through our designated channels.

This incident has left me utterly dismayed and frustrated. It's unacceptable for a company like Zara to advertise items they don't have in stock and then delay refunds for undeliverable products.
