I Canceled My Zara Order but Didn’t Receive Confirmation or See Any Update
I decided to cancel my Zara order (Order No: 5383*****95) after being unable to reach the assigned shipping company for over two and a half weeks. I informed Zara of my decision and was told that the order had been canceled. However, I never received any confirmation email to verify this cancellation.
What’s worse, there is still no indication in the Zara app or website that the order has been officially canceled. I submitted two separate cancellation requests, both of which were acknowledged verbally, yet there’s been zero follow-up. The lack of transparency and proper customer support is unacceptable for a company of Zara’s size.
I demand written confirmation that my order has been canceled and an immediate update in the system reflecting this. I also expect a clear refund timeline. Zara needs to take accountability and fix its communication and order management processes.
