Delivery Chaos, My Zara Order Has Been Stuck in Limbo for Too Long

Unfortunately, after placing the order with high hopes, I was confronted with an endless stream of contradictory information and delays. The 7th of February was when I was told to expect it, but then I was told the 9th. Then I was told the 13th would be the expected delivery date. And yet, here we are, with no actual updates or tangible information, while my order is still "processed" in the system. There is no consistency in the information I receive when I inquire on the progression of my order. Being in a state of flux when one cannot count on anything is really discouraging. I placed this order anticipating prompt delivery, and I can't help but feel let down and frustrated by the lack of progress in this matter. I hope I may get the firm to finally do something about this problem. This has been an extreme example of ineffective communication and terrible customer service, and I hope no one else has to go through it.
