I Can’t Track My Zara Order or Get Updates – This Lack of Info Ruined My Trust
I placed an order with Zara on May 6, and the estimated delivery date was May 13. However, as of today, my order status still shows “Preparing,” and I have received no updates. I reached out to customer service, and while they changed the estimated delivery date, the order status didn’t change at all. There’s been no clear response, no tracking information, and no way to get reliable updates.
If I’ve already paid for my purchase, I expect to be able to track it properly and receive timely information. This silence from Zara creates serious doubts about reliability and customer care. There’s no excuse for not having a system that gives clear and real-time order visibility in 2025.
The lack of communication and transparency has shaken my trust in the brand. I never expected this level of disorganization from a company like Zara. After this experience, I honestly don’t feel comfortable shopping here again.
