Michael Kors Sunglasses From Zalando Broke After Only a Few Uses

I have encountered several issues with a pair of Michael Kors sunglasses I purchased on June 23 through the Zalando app. Despite wearing the sunglasses only a few times, the frames have sustained damage and small scratches have appeared on the lenses. Additionally, I suspect that the item might not be authentic.

I am requesting to return these sunglasses for a full refund or exchange them for a defect-free replacement. I ask that customer support assist me in resolving this issue promptly.
