Swarovski Sunglasses Came Damaged, No Fix Offered

Inspired by a celeb, I recently spent $280 on a pair of black Swarovski cat-eye sunglasses (model SK6002). But I was devastated to see that they were damaged when they came. Both the frames and the crystals appeared to be loose. They still haven't provided any kind of fix, replacement, or refund, even though I've contacted customer service several times. My disappointment and frustration are compounded by the fact that these were supposed to be a stylish addition to my wardrobe and were incredibly expensive yet it’s just this customer struggle… I didn’t wish for this and they not very good when it comes to offering after-sales service. I hate being in this situation.
