Burberry Sunglasses Got Scratched After Two Uses - Atasun Optik Blamed Me
I bought a pair of Burberry sunglasses from Atasun Optik on January 17th. By April, I noticed numerous scratches on the frame, even though I had worn the sunglasses no more than twice. I requested a replacement, repair, or refund, and Atasun Optik sent the product for inspection on April 11th. The inspection was completed, but the result was negative. Despite the product still being under warranty and the issue clearly stemming from a quality defect, they claimed the damage was my fault. This is unacceptable. It’s disappointing that they refuse to take responsibility and instead blame me. I paid a significant amount for Burberry sunglasses, and scratches appearing in such a short period are certainly not my fault.

I was definitely not helped. Even though the defective product was under warranty, I was blamed, and this was for glasses I only wore twice. Unfortunately, my money went to waste.
