I purchased two pairs of shoes from Calvin Klein's official account through the Trendyol app on December 3, 2025. Even though I didn't use the shoes for very long at all, they developed serious deformation in a short amount of time. The shoes lost their shape, developed noticeable wear, the stitching started coming apart in some places, and the adhesive sections around the shoes came loose.
Since I bought this product from Calvin Klein's official account with Trendyol's purchase guarantee, experiencing this much deformation in such a short time was really disappointing for me. I haven't made a formal complaint to either Trendyol or Calvin Klein yet, but I believe these shoes have a manufacturing or quality-related defect.
To resolve the problem I've experienced, I am requesting that both pairs of shoes be inspected and exchanged.
