Sidra Chain KYC Stuck at Face Verification – Landmark Error Issue

I have been unable to complete face verification on the Sidra Chain mobile app for over a month, and this situation has become extremely frustrating. Every time I attempt the face verification process, the camera fails to properly detect my face and displays an error message such as “landmark verification failed.” No matter how many times I retry or adjust my position, the verification never succeeds.

I completed my KYC on Sidra Chain a few months ago, and I am now stuck at the face verification stage despite spending significant time and effort trying to resolve this issue. It is discouraging that the system does not recognize my attempts, and I have received no clear guidance or support to fix the problem.

I kindly request that my account be successfully verified and that Sidra Chain provide clear and effective technical support to resolve this issue. If necessary, I would also appreciate an alternative or manual verification option so I can complete my account verification and use the service without further delay.
