Unauthorized Findandloc Subscription Charge – Cancel and Refund

I am writing regarding an unauthorized subscription charge made by Findandloc on my GTB MasterCard on April 27, 2026. A transaction in the amount of 27,263 was debited from my card without my knowledge or consent, and I have not knowingly subscribed to any service with your company.
I request that Findandloc immediately refund the full amount of 27,263 to my GTB MasterCard and cancel any subscription or recurring payment that may have been created in my name. I also ask that no further charges be made to my card in the future without my explicit authorization.
I would appreciate your prompt action and a clear confirmation once the refund has been processed and any subscription has been fully canceled.

I requested a refund from Findandloc for an unauthorized charge, but I still have not received any response.
