I Need Fampay to Refund or Fix My Failed Transaction Immediately

On April 27, 2026, I made a transaction of ₹149 using my Fampay wallet through the Fampay app. The amount was deducted from my wallet, but the payment was not completed successfully due to an issue.

I contacted Fampay customer support regarding this problem, but the issue is still unresolved. I do not have a transaction ID or ticket number, but the transaction involved ₹149 deducted from my Fampay wallet on that date.

I request that this matter be investigated urgently and that the ₹149 be either refunded to my Fampay wallet or the payment be completed properly. I also expect a clear explanation of what went wrong with this transaction.
