I would like to report an issue I experienced with my Vodafone postpaid line while I was abroad. Between July 2025 and December 2025, I was outside of Turkey and did not actively use my line during this period. Despite this, I continued to be billed, and approximately three billing cycles of charges accumulated. I find these charges unfair, as they were applied during a period when I did not use the service. I have also provided my flight tickets as proof of my time abroad. My reference number is 20260425748374.

I visited Vodafone stores in person and explained the situation, but no clear resolution was provided. Store representatives advised me to contact customer service by phone. However, I am hearing impaired and cannot communicate effectively through voice calls. Despite explaining this, I have not been offered any accessible alternative.

I have repeatedly requested written communication, asking for support via email or live chat, but no clear or accessible channel has been provided. Even after clearly stating my preference for written communication, I was called again yesterday, which I could not answer due to my hearing disability. Continuing to contact me by phone shows that my accessibility needs are not being respected.

I believe I have been treated unfairly both due to the billing for a period when I was abroad and unable to use the service, and due to the lack of accessible communication options. I request that the charges for the period between July 2025 and December 2025 be reviewed and canceled. I also specifically request that all future communication be conducted only through email or other written channels suitable for my condition.
