YunExpress Says My Package Was Delivered, but I Never Received It

My package (Tracking Number: YT2433721266002730) never arrived, even though the tracking status claims it was delivered. I placed my order on 02/12/2024, and I’ve been waiting, but no one ever showed up at my address.

I tracked my shipment, but it’s clear that no delivery attempt was actually made. On top of that, the local courier you partnered with, Pal Express, has been completely unresponsive and unhelpful.

I need my package to be resent immediately or a full refund if it cannot be delivered. YunExpress, this is unacceptable service! Fix this now and ensure customers actually receive their orders!
