Yunexpress Complaint — Parcel Stuck With No Information and No Customer Support

On September 9, I placed an order worth ₺900, and I have been waiting for delivery of my package shipped with Yunexpress under tracking number yt2525300702232717. However, despite the time that has passed, my package has still not arrived, and I have not been able to get any updates on its current status. I also tried to reach customer service but was unsuccessful. I am requesting that my order be delivered as soon as possible to my address in Didim, Aydın. I ask that this delay and lack of communication be resolved immediately.
