Using the BEP20 network, I attempted to withdraw my USDC, however the transaction has been frozen on "processing" for what seems to be eternity. nor progress, nor updates—just the same status over and over. Seeking some responses, I contacted their support staff but received hardly any response at all. Considering I would at least get some assistance there, I even asked about the problem in their Telegram group. Rather, they simply blacklisted me without saying why. To be left in the dark with my own money is somewhat annoying. To be honest, this kind of service makes me wonder whether I could rely on them with my possessions.
