I Can Deposit but Can’t Withdraw from Coinsbit—$10 Still Stuck After 15 Days

I’m beyond frustrated with Coinsbit. While depositing money into the exchange is smooth and easy, withdrawing is nearly impossible. I attempted to withdraw just $10 over 15 days ago, and the request still hasn’t been processed. Every time I reach out to their so-called support team, they respond with vague excuses like “We’re working on it,” but nothing ever happens.

I actually used this platform two years ago without issues, but now it’s a completely unreliable mess. If a crypto platform allows deposits but blocks withdrawals, can it even be called a real exchange anymore?

I’m lucky the amount I tried to withdraw was small, but imagine accidentally transferring a large sum—you’d be left helpless.
