YoHo App Bans New User After False Report, Account Review Requested

I am a new user of the Yoho app on an Android device, and my account was suddenly banned today due to what appears to be an incorrect or false report made against me. I did not violate any rules, and I believe this ban was issued by mistake.

Since I am new to the platform, I have not been able to find or access any other support channels, so I am reaching out here for assistance.

I kindly request that my account be reviewed, that any reports made against me be carefully checked, and that the ban be lifted if it is confirmed that I did not violate your terms. I would like my account to be reactivated as soon as possible so I can continue using Yoho normally.
