Banned From YoHo Without Warning — Requesting Device Ban Lift

My YoHo account was device-banned, and I had no idea why. Apparently, someone created a profile on another app using my information, and my account was banned as a result — without my knowledge or involvement. I’ve always been happy with YoHo and never violated any rules.

Now, I can’t log in at all. I originally signed in to YoHo through Facebook, but I can’t even submit a complaint there because I don’t remember my password. I’m requesting that my device ban be lifted immediately, as this situation is clearly a misunderstanding.
