My Yoho account, registered with the phone number “0537*83”, was permanently banned about a year ago without any explanation or warning. I never received any notice or clarification before the ban. My account was free, and I used the app on my Android phone. Since then, I’ve repeatedly tried to log in but haven’t been able to access my account.
I was never informed of the reason for my suspension, and since I can’t access the app at all, I have no way to contact customer support either. I request that my account be reinstated and that I receive a clear explanation for why I was banned in the first place.
