YoHo App Banned Me for No Reason — Asking for Device Ban Removal

I was unfairly banned from the YoHo app, and no reason was provided. I didn’t use any offensive language or insult anyone — this is a complete false accusation, and I refuse to accept it. I was never told how long the ban would last or when my account would be reopened.

I was simply spending time with my friends on the app, minding my own business, without bothering anyone. I sincerely request that my device ban be lifted as soon as possible so I can regain access to my account.
