I applied to open a seller account for my restaurant on Yemeksepeti Yemeğin Yolda approximately three months ago, but my account is still not active, and I have not received any response. My restaurant is located in İzmir, and my application code is B0A5. During this three‑month period, I sent emails and tried to reach customer service by phone many times, but I could not reach any authorized person, and I did not receive any feedback to resolve my situation. For comparison, my Trendyol Go seller application was approved and activated within about a week, while my Yemeksepeti seller account has been pending for three months without any explanation. I request that my Yemeksepeti Yemeğin Yolda restaurant seller account be urgently reviewed, that my application with the code B0A5 be finalized as soon as possible, and that I be informed clearly about the process.
