Yemek Sepeti Hasn’t Activated My Restaurant Account After a Month of Waiting

I have been trying to get my newly opened restaurant listed on Yemek Sepeti for about a month, but despite numerous emails and repeated calls to customer service, there has been no progress. Each time, they assure me the issue is being forwarded to the relevant team, but I receive no response or updates. They also do not provide a contact number for an authorized person who can assist. Other platforms like Getir and Trendyol activate accounts within 1-2 business days, yet with Yemeksepeti, I cannot even reach a contact person. I truly hope this issue is resolved soon.

I have lost count of how many times I called the number you mentioned within 10 days. Unfortunately, we can't get any response other than "your request has been forwarded to the relevant department." The number of the relevant department or authority is also not shared, and unfortunately, no one is reaching out to us.
