Yemek Sepeti Is Ignoring My Requests to Remove My Page
We have submitted 3–4 requests through the customer support line since July to have our restaurant “Arada Bi Köfte & More” completely removed from Yemeksepeti. However, we have not received any response so far, and each time we were only asked to open a new request. Since the day we first registered, our restaurant’s Yemeksepeti page has remained visible with the note “temporarily closed.” This situation harms our brand’s reputation. Despite our repeated requests, the page has not been removed, which has caused us significant inconvenience. Our expectation from Yemeksepeti is the complete removal of our restaurant from both the app and the website. We request an urgent and clear resolution to this matter.
