Yemeksepeti Refunded My Money to Wallet Instead of My Card

On January 16, 2026, at 3:21 PM, my order placed through Yemeksepeti, order number #X6c0-2603-r5GB, was canceled with a message stating that it was “canceled due to a delivery issue.” No additional explanation was provided, and even though I did not choose this option, the $30 I paid was transferred directly to my Yemeksepeti wallet instead of being refunded to my account.
I did not select any option to have the refund transferred to the wallet during payment, and I do not want my money to be kept within the platform. Instead of being refunded to the bank or credit card I used for payment, the amount was transferred to the wallet without my consent, which has caused inconvenience.
I request that the $30 I paid be refunded directly to the bank or credit card used for payment as soon as possible, without requiring me to take any additional action.
