Yemeksepeti Order Marked Delivered but Food Never Arrived
On December 27, 2025, at 5:38 PM, I placed an order through Yemeksepeti from Kasap Burger, including a burger, fries, and a cola, and I completed the payment online using my credit card.
Even though the app shows my order as “delivered,” I did not receive any items at all. As soon as I noticed this, I contacted Yemeksepeti. However, I was told that the system shows the order as “delivered to your address,” and no assistance was provided to resolve my issue.
As a result, my grievance was not addressed. I neither received my food nor got a refund for the amount I paid. Since my order was never delivered despite being marked as delivered, I am requesting a full refund of the amount I paid and that a proper investigation be conducted to prevent similar issues from happening again.
