Yemek Sepeti Marked My Order As Delivered Even Though I Got Nothing

On October 9, 2025, at 16:16, I placed an order through Yemeksepeti. I carefully entered my delivery address and all necessary details while placing the order. However, the courier could not find my address, and the order was never delivered to me. Despite this, the system marked the order as “delivered,” even though I did not receive anything. Since the incident, I have repeatedly tried to contact Yemeksepeti customer service and the help centre, but I have received no response or support. I paid $ 9.62. Since the product was never delivered, my money was wasted. Having faced similar issues before, I now demand that my grievance be resolved and that my payment be refunded as soon as possible.

On 23.12.2025 at 11:53 I placed an order for a “2-person sandwich bucket menu” from Popeyes via Yemeksepeti. The order came from Antalya; I don’t know the branch. I paid 620 TL with an online card. The product I received was a complete disappointment. The food was like ice, especially the cheese which was stone-cold as if it had just been taken out of a freezer. The most unacceptable part was that a bug was found inside the meal. Such a low level of hygiene shattered my trust in this brand and in Yemeksepeti. I reported the situation immediately to Yemeksepeti and the restaurant. However, the officials evaded responsibility by claiming that the container I used to place the food in did not belong to them. Trying to blame me by using the clean container I always use as an excuse is both disrespectful and a mockery of the consumer. I do not accept any excuse for a meal that contained a bug and was delivered ice-cold. Due to the hygiene scandal I experienced and the evident victimisation, I demand an immediate and unconditional refund of the full 620 TL I paid.
