Yemeksepeti Failed to Inform Me That the Restaurant Closed After a 2-Hour Wait

I ordered pizza from a restaurant called Burger Zamanı through Yemeksepeti. More than 2 hours passed, and it was still showing as "being prepared." I then found Burger Zamanı's phone number online and called them, only to find out that the restaurant had closed. As you know, on Yemeksepeti, you can't cancel an order unless the restaurant approves it. So, I immediately connected with customer support through my laptop browser. The representative apologized and said they couldn't find a courier but would forward the order within 15 or 20 minutes. However, they were completely unaware that the restaurant had closed. Just automated responses. Fortunately, I managed to get the order canceled. What I'm trying to say is that we're watching how a company with such brand value can self-destruct. People who don't take care of their business are doomed to disappear. I absentmindedly placed the order, but from now on, neither I nor those around me will be ordering again. I hope you don't care. And please don't give me any fake responses like "We reached your email" or "We're very sorry." You're not sorry at all. I think you might even enjoy it.

Hello, not only have you not responded to me in any way, but you are also trying to cover up your fault by using this platform. I have never been able to reach your live support or phone numbers. And I am not someone who is inept with computers or technology; I am an advanced computer user. Anyway, please do not reply.
